Returns and Refunds Policy

  1. BOUGHT FROM OUR REFUND POLICY:
    If any of our products that the Customers purchases from FALCONCITY MARKETS L.L.C – hereinafter referred to under this “Policy” asFCM”  fall below the standard of that product /products, accordingly, we will refund or exchange it according to the terms and conditions set out below.
    The Customer is allowed to request for Return / Refund not after seven (7) days from the date of purchasing the products from FCM, provided always, that the Customer should keep the original receipt in order to accept the Customer request. Otherwise, the request will not be preceded and will be rejected.
    1. Products faulty on arrival and non-repairable. Provided always that the Customer should not in any case causes damages.
    2. Products are lost during the delivery process.
    3. Product is not repairable.
    4. Refunds for products purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Bundle offers or “Buy 1 Get 1 free” offers: In this case, you will have to return all the items included in the offer, otherwise, this Returns and Refunds Policy will not be applicable.
    5. Refund settlement will take place once the returned product has been received back in the same manner and condition (When Purchased) otherwise, FCM has the absolute rights to not accept and not refund you the paid amount if the products not as the same condition original it was. , this procedure normally may takes 4-5 days, then 2 business days to issue the refund. The said period is the anticipated period to complete the process, however, we are not guaranteeing to complete the process within it and may take a longer period as the case may be Please be aware that sometimes the refund will not show on your account until the next statement cycle is issued from your bank.
    6. We will refund the delivery charge in full if any collected, sufficiently proven that purchased product received is faulty / damaged and you return all products of your order at the same time. If you choose to keep some of the products, we will retain the balance of the delivery charge that applies to the products you keep.
    7. Customer is under obligation to keep all items with their complete packaging and inside packaging intact if you intend to refund any items within the conditions set out. No exchange or refund will be considered without it.
    8. Seven (7) Days money back Guarantee if you change your mind, provided that the merchandise is as new, in a re-sellable condition and the consumables ( cartridges, blank tapes, CD’s or DVD’s) and accessories ( cables, chargers, batteries...) are still sealed, refund can be granted upon FCM approval within 7 days after delivery. (Exceptions apply see Electrical returns) However, the normal delivery or supplier delivery charge as well as card transaction charges will be charged back as well as any additional charges incurred by courier collection.
  2. HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT:
    1. All orders will be refunded if the product is received “Faulty / damaged” or within a 7 day period if the product is found to be Faulty (Exceptions apply see electrical returns) in such cases the product must be returned with all attached manuals, packaging intact and all associated cables with the product, if any of these are found to damaged, lost then the refund will not be processed. (Contact customer services for courier uplift date).
    2. Faulty after this period Faulty, defective, products will be subject to the manufactures warranty/ guarantee as the case may be, customer support can assist in directing you to FCM location so that after sales service with the supplier can be arranged. (If applicable).
    3. If the refund period / manufacture warranty / guarantee elapsed, accordingly, the Customer is not eligible for either refund or exchange as the case may be. Received in.
  3. HOW TO EXCHANGE OR REPLACE A PRODUCT:
    In case of an incident where a replacement product may be required again please contact the customer services team who will arrange this in line with the Terms & Conditions for replacement and/or faulty products.
  4. ELECTRICAL RETURNS:
    We are unable to accept returns of the below mentioned item unless found defective within 7 days of receipt on imaging and recording products, these include:
    1. MP3/4 players.
    2. Digital cameras and photo frames.
    3. Hard drives and USB devices.
    4. Software, CD DVD’s Cartridges Blank CD DVD”s.
    5. Laptop / desktops / net books / tablet.
    6. Satellite navigation systems.
    7. Games consoles and games.
    8. Hygienic items (Hair care, dental items).
    9. Smart phones / Mobiles.

    Perishable goods (e.g. meat, vegetables, fresh food) Within 24 hours.
    Non-perishable goods (e.g. toiletries, cleaning products) Up to 7 days
  5. CHARGES AND GETTING YOUR REFUND:
    Returns are free of charge for dead received items. Charges will apply for items where the customer changes its mind after the product has been shipped.
  6. DELIVERY CHARGES:
    If you have told us that you are going to return all of your order within seven working days of receiving it due to faulty products we will refund your delivery charge in full. If you are only returning some of the products, or all of the products but after the seven working day period, your delivery charge will not be refunded and further charges for uplift may apply.
  7. GETTING YOUR REFUND:
    If a courier collects your returned product, your refund will be on the card you used to pay and will be as per the next billing cycle once we have received your returned product on FCW approval. You must also return any free or discounted products bought together as part of a promotional offer. If the product does not fully comply with our Returns and Refunds Policy, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
  8. CONSUMER RIGHTS:
    Nothing in this Returns and Refunds Policy affects your consumer rights.
  9. CHANGES TO TERMS:
    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of the Returns and Refunds Policy terms and conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
  10. GOVERNING LAW and JURISDICTION:
    1. The Terms of this Returns and Refunds Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the law of Emirate of Dubai.
    2. The Court of Emirate of Dubai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to consider any matter related to the Returns and Refunds Policy, interpretation, validity and or any dispute may arise in connection and or related to this Returns and Refunds Policy.
